Workout Content Disclaimer

This disclaimer explains Hardi's position on workouts, calendars, exports, and other programming content shared through the service.

Version hardi-1.0 · Effective date: 11 October 2026

1. Scope

This disclaimer covers workouts, exercise sheets, self-reported performances, records, estimates, percentile comparisons, calendars, public links, exports, projection views, analyses, and other sports content shown or shared through Hardi.

It complements the Hardi Terms and Privacy Policy without limiting rights that mandatory law preserves.

2. User-created content

Unless Hardi expressly states otherwise, workouts, results, comments, analyses, and programming content are not systematically created, prescribed, reviewed, verified, approved, endorsed, or supervised by Hardi.

They are created, imported, generated, edited, selected, published, submitted, or shared by a Pro user, athlete, coach, gym, team, organization, or other third party. That person and, where applicable, the responsible organization remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, safety, and use of the content.

Workouts and example results supplied by Hardi in demos illustrate the software. They are not a personalized training prescription or an assessment of your abilities. Review and adapt any example with appropriate professional guidance before performing it.

3. No fitness, medical, or safety advice

Hardi is a software tool for tracking training and performances, discovering exercises, and creating, organizing, analyzing and sharing sports programming. It is not a medical service, a healthcare provider, a personal trainer, a governing body, or a substitute for professional coaching judgment.

Content shown through Hardi should not be treated as medical advice, rehabilitation advice, nutrition advice, injury-prevention advice, or a guarantee that a workout is safe, effective, complete, or suitable for any person or group.

4. Responsibility of the author, coach, gym, or share owner

The user or organization that creates or shares a workout remains responsible for reviewing and validating it before use.

This includes checking movement selection, intensity, volume, scaling options, equipment, space, warm-up needs, coaching standards, athlete level, contraindications, local rules, and any legal or professional obligations that apply to their activity.

5. Responsibility of participants

Anyone performing a workout should use their own judgment, follow appropriate supervision, respect their physical condition, and stop immediately in case of pain, dizziness, unusual discomfort, or unsafe conditions.

If you have a medical condition, injury, pregnancy, uncertainty about your ability to train, or any health concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional before performing a workout. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

6. No guarantee

Hardi does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, completeness, legality, safety, effectiveness, or suitability of user content, exercise instructions, declared performances, or calculated estimates and rankings.

Records, load and repetition estimates, RPE calculations, and percentile curves are indicative. Their accuracy depends on the reported data, exercise standards, sample size, and conditions. They do not certify an athlete's capacity or prescribe a safe training load.

AI-assisted content and automated checks may also contain errors or unsuitable recommendations; a competent human must review them before use.

7. Physical activity risks

Sports training, including CrossFit, HYROX, strength training, conditioning, endurance, gymnastics, weightlifting, and similar activities, carries inherent risks.

These risks may include fatigue, falls, equipment incidents, overexertion, aggravation of prior injuries, new injuries, illness, property damage, or other harm. To the extent permitted by law, people choosing to perform or supervise a workout assume the risks associated with that activity.

8. Limitation of Hardi liability

Hardi is not liable for harm attributable exclusively to user content, an author's programming decision, use of an unreviewed AI output, inappropriate supervision, or a participant's decision to perform a workout. This does not reduce POWERSPOT's liability for its own failures or the mandatory rights of users acting in a personal capacity. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for POWERSPOT's own fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or bodily injury directly caused by POWERSPOT.

Hardi may remove or restrict access to content when it appears unlawful, abusive, dangerous, infringing, or contrary to the service rules, but this does not create a duty to monitor or validate every shared workout.

9. Public links and third-party use

A public Hardi link may be viewed by anyone who has access to it. The person who creates or shares the link is responsible for checking what it contains and who receives it.

If you believe a public workout or calendar is unlawful, dangerous, infringing, or otherwise problematic, contact Hardi at contact@hardi.app with the relevant link and context.

10. CrossFit and HYROX names

CrossFit and HYROX, and their associated names and logos, are trademarks of their respective owners. POWERSPOT and Hardi do not own those marks and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to their owners.

Their names are used descriptively to identify workout disciplines or a programming context. No Hardi content should be understood as an official CrossFit or HYROX workout, certification, event, or recommendation unless the relevant rights holder expressly states otherwise.
